Michael became a shareholder in Brandt Feigenbaum, P.C., on January 1, 2002. He started his legal career in New York City, where he practiced in the real estate department of Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1989 to 1996. After leaving New York, Michael first practiced in Aspen at Holland & Hart, LLP.
Michael represents clients in the real estate, land use and business areas. His clients have purchased, sold and developed properties throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. Michael has experience representing clients with land use matters before the Pitkin County and City of Aspen planning agencies. Michael has extensive experience representing borrowers and both private and commercial lenders in permanent, short-term and construction financing transactions. His business clients include a variety of local companies, which he assists in their on-going matters, as well as in their purchase and sale.

Lucas joined Brandt Feigenbaum, P.C., in March of 2005, and became a shareholder on January 1, 2007. Lucas specializes in real estate law, including land use and development, small business formation and development, lending transactions, and construction litigation.

Peter joined Brandt Feigenbaum, P.C., in June 2000. He has fourteen years of experience in the title insurance industry in Aspen, including experience as a senior title examiner for Stewart Title of Aspen. He has attended numerous courses relating to real estate legal issues in recent years.
